    Fixing your feet is the gold standard!!

    If you plan on hiking, running, or anything in between you need this book! I have never seen so many resources crammed into one book concerning foot health, blister care, prevention, and everything associated with keeping your feet healthy and ready during any kind of activity involving your feet. Seriously just get it you won't be disappointed.
