Returns

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well. If our products are not what you expected, we’ll be happy to make an exchange or provide a refund. 

  • Returns are accepted for new, unused products within 45 days of receipt for a full refund of the product cost (shipping cost not included).
  • If the return is the result of our error, we'll make it right and and pay the return shipping cost. Contact us at support@litesmith.com.
  • For an exchange, indicate on a copy of the invoice what item you would like in exchange.
  • Our 45-day return policy begins the day you receive it and ends the day it arrives back at Litesmith.
  • Send an email to support@litesmith.com letting us know you are returning something. Tell us the issue you had with the product and what you would like us to do  repair, replace, exchange, or credit.
