Massage balls help relieve muscle tension, sore knots, and tight fascia. Rolling out sore muscles stimulates quicker recovery, reduces stiffness, and improves mobility. Roll out your aching calves after a steep hill climb. Roll under your feet to relieve plantar fasciitis. Roll out your shoulders and upper back to reduce pack strain. A game changing recovery tool, both on and off trail. Just incredi-ball!
Rawlogy® Massage Balls are made from unfinished 100% premium cork – eco-friendly, sustainable, and completely free of chemicals like BPA, plastics, PVC, or petroleum. The ball is firm, highly durable, and water resistant. Small and light enough to take on your next UL adventure.
The Mini is golf-ball size and is ideal for massaging feet, calves, forearms, neck, and smaller muscles. It’s extremely portable and a thru-hiker fav for unwinding after a long day on trail. The Medium is tennis-ball size and is great for massaging larger muscles like quads, glutes, thigh, shoulders, and back. It's the most versatile, as it can also work for smaller muscles, but not quite as well. Day hikers often roll out at home to reduce next-day sore muscles. Truly self-massage, anywhere.

Bought for backpacking, but it gets used every day. While I have yoga balls and tried a squash ball for kneading muscles, this is so light and small. it just became the go to ball that I use after my daily workouts.
