These ultralight Cord Locks, made of Acetal, have a strong metal spring to securely grip the line. They are useful for stuff sacks, straps, packs, tents, quilts, underquilts, jackets…
The Micro Cord Lock accepts a single line up to 7/64 in. (2.9 mm) or two lines up to 1/16 in. (1.6 mm) diameter. It works well with our 1.1 and 1.5 mm Reflx™ GuyLine or a single line of our 1/16 in. (1.6 mm) Shock Cord (for 2 lines use Mini).
The Mini Cord Lock is slightly larger, but thinner and lighter. It has a larger hole and will work with a single line up to 9/64 in. (3.7 mm) and two lines up to 5/64 in. (2.2 mm) diameter. The spring on the Mini is not as strong as the Micro, so for smaller diameter lines the Micro has better holding power. The Mini works with all Litesmith lines and shock cord.

*Use Mini for 2 lines of all sizes of our shock cord. Mini is compatible with 2 lines of our 3/32 in. (2.4 mm) shock cord.

a tiny cord stop

It is a pretty small and sturdy cord stopper and fits the 2.5mm shock cord like a champ. Waiting for a micro stopper with a plastic spring.

Bought a couple of the mini size. Work well with both 1.6 and 2 mm shock cord. These don't snag or stick like other cord locks, and just feel smooth. The fast shipping was probably the best part.

The cord locks were all in great working order and about the best price out there for these little “pieces of gold.” But working with Litesmith through a ordering mistake was the gold. They go the extra mile. Buy from them.

Replaced a cord lock on my Sea to Summit down bag that would not hold from day one. These cord locks are tiny, strong, ultralight and hold tight.
