    Great!

Posted by Unknown on 5th Jul 2023

Worked great as back padding with my Pa'lante Ultralight pack.

    Just right!

Posted by Scott on 28th May 2022

The pads are just the size I wanted! Love the choice of colors. Look to be of good quality but haven't had them on the trail yet.

    Works well

Posted by Steve on 7th Nov 2021

They are light, as advertised, and decently comfortable. Kept my butt warm enough in winter sitting on snow. Quality is only so-so (I don't expect it will last more than a few seasons) but for the price I can't complain.

    It's Light

Posted by Unknown on 7th Jul 2021

Lighter than my Thermarest Z pad. Smaller too, but then it's a sit pad, so no big deal

    Doesn't get any lighter

Posted by JC on 11th May 2021

At 1oz and $5, there's not a better option for keeping your butt dry and warm when sitting down after hiking. I'm considering getting a second to put behind my back for leaning against rocks/trees in wet conditions.

    Close To Weightless

Posted by Unknown on 3rd May 2021

It's really, really, light. It folds up to almost nothing. Its padding enough to sit on or supplement your sleeping pad. Oh, it's pretty inexpensive. This is the answer to your sit pad questions. :)

    Extremely light

Posted by TH on 2nd Mar 2021

Half the weight of the thermarest z seat at 1/3 of the price. Size is perfect and can be used as wind screen for your stove. Durability wise, no idea but will test when I get some use out of it this summer.

    well executed product

Posted by Peter on 31st Jan 2021

It's just a small piece of foam, but it's the right size and folds conveniently. The orange one is probably not legally "blaze orange" but it's close enough that strapping it outside is additional visibility in hunting areas.

    Lightweight Pampering

Nice little sit-pad. Just the right size, very low weight.

    Worth it

Posted by Unknown on 12th Jan 2021

This product is well worth the weight. I wasn't sure it would be big enough since it's a couple inches smaller than the Thermarest sit pad, however, it worked great. I recommend.

    Half the weight of Thermarest

Posted by William McCaffrey on 8th Jan 2021

This pad does a great job at half the weight of the Thermarest sit pad. I’ve been using it around the house for the past few months as well to give it some additional testing. It’s held up very well for the price.

Perfect combination with Quikback UL Chair

This works very well with the QuikBack UL Chair. It is very comfortable to sit on. I also used it at night under my sleeping bag pillow.

Excellent. One of my favorite pieces of gear

Posted by Shelley Chacon on 29th Nov 2020

Great price, great weight. Use it very frequently as described above and handy to pull out. Does wear out a bit faster than e.g. Thermarest Zseat but half the weight and ~same comfort and cheap. Just ordered again!

    Perfect

Posted by John on 7th Oct 2020

This has now become my favorite piece of gear to take on any hike. Instant comfort for less than $5 and 1 oz. Combine with a tyvek sheet for a great lightweight break setup.

exactly what I needed and a great bargain

Posted by Kristen on 27th May 2020

I ordered three of these for myself and two others I'll be backpacking with this summer. The price is great--I didn't see any better deals online. They were shipped quickly. They each weigh 0.92 ounces on my kitchen scale. They fold down very small but open up to be just big enough for sitting without your behind spilling over onto the dirt. :)

lightweight, at fraction of the price

Posted by Joan Case on 27th May 2020

I'm so glad I found your website! This is one of several products you offer, at a fair price (half or less than well-known competitors), and very lightweight. Perfect for me, leading up to my thru hike in a month. I've used this on a couple of my long hikes, and it's perfect. Thank you for this product, and your company!

    Fantastic Pad

Posted by Daniel Deutsch on 23rd May 2020

I got this for when I need to take a seat every so often ...my sciatica rocks me when I hike. This cushion is so versitle and I'm obsessed. My 7 lb Chihuahuas will even sit on it when I'm setting up my hammock. GET ONE!!

Pad is the perfect size and shape. You can use it folded to kneel on and unfolded to sit on.

    MY BUM IS SO COMFORTABLE

Posted by Emily A. on 9th Apr 2020

This bum pad is AMAZING. Super light weight, SUPER comfortable. Gives just the right amount of rustic comfort when sitting around a campfire. Also VERY useful to fan the fire.

    The best sit pad

    Posted by merebear0428@yahoo.com on 13th Dec 2019

I love this sit pad. It has plenty of cushion but still packs down small enough to put in my pack. After a long day of hiking, it feels so good to sit on something that’s not the ground or a log. I won’t go on a backpacking trip without it

    Saved my ass

Posted by Mediocre Mountaineer on 6th Sep 2019

For $4.49, picking this thing up and adding it to your pack is a no brainer. Makes those trail snack breaks and cooking breakfast on a rock that much more enjoyable. Adds next to no weight, and easily stuffed in my front mesh.

    This thing is awesome!

Posted by Unknown on 21st Aug 2019

I love this little guy. It's so convenient to whip it out and sit comfortably anywhere, and it has lots of other uses (organize gear on a clean surface, fold up and elevate your feet while stretching, etc.). It's a nice touch that the black underside folds into itself and doesn't get your pack wet or muddy. I'm planning to bring this on all future backpacking trips.

    ultralight option for seating

Great for kneeling on for camp setup and cooking. Also, nice to give a nice cushion after a long day on your feet.

    Lightweight, Compact, Affordable

Posted by Unknown on 8th Apr 2019

The pad is a luxury on backpacking trips or just day hikes. I stuff it in the outside mesh pocket of my backpack for convenient use and it fits nicely while allowing room for other objects such as a light jacket or snacks. The bright colors are perfect because it makes it more difficult to forget somewhere. Folding the pad in half once for more cushion is great for uneven terrain and I have never felt as if I'm sliding off of it. The material it is made from keeps it light even if sitting on wet terrain because it doesn't absorb any moisture. At a great price and 1 oz of weight for comfort, I would recommend a sit pad for any outdoor enthusiast.

    Well worth it

Posted by Jeremiah on 2nd Oct 2018

Having something as simple as this greatly improved my time on the trail and in camp. You could get by without it, but it weighs next to nothing and takes up minimal space. Well worth it for the price.

Uber light, and very versatile sit pad

Posted by Kathy on 30th Jun 2017

I just ordered my second one, as on a recent trip, my niece stole mine! No matter how ultralight you consider yourself, there is no reason not to order one of these. Less than 1 ounce, and can be used as a sit pad, under your feet with a short pad, kneel pad, and to pad the back of a backpack, (great to place between you and a bear canister). The super low price combined with the unbelievably light weight make this a no-brainer

    Neat seat

Posted by Andrew Hicks on 4th Jun 2017

As I dial in my gear and really start counting grams its items like this that I really appreciate. Its close to the same diameter as an unfolded ZSeat but is half the weight and folds smaller.

    If I fits, I sits

Posted by Unknown on 5th May 2017

I like this one. It folds smaller than my Z seat, and though it doesn't have the silver warmer side, I like the colours on this one better. I got the green and black. Very happy with it, and so is my cat, who has stolen it for now.
