Latitude Hats offer maximum sun protection and cool ventilation. Lightweight, breathable fabric provides UPF 50+ sun protection plus a DWR coating to repel water and dirt. A super wide brim keeps your head, face, and neck in the shade for remarkedly broad coverage. The downside, when using a tall backpack, a neck cape hat might be more compatible.
The underside of the brim is a darker color to reduce glare. A Reverse Split Brim™ means you can fold in half to pack small and flat. An adjustable chinstrap will keep your hat secure in windy conditions and the stiff brim stays put without flopping. A full mesh headband wicks sweat away and is adjustable in the back. Mesh surrounds the crown for ventilation to keep your head cool. And Sunglass Lock® slots keep your unworn sunglasses secure above the brim, front or back.
