These pre-cut repair patches are ideal for patching small holes in technical fabrics and gear with no cutting required. Quick and easy repair, just peel and stick to keep the feathers from leaking out or the rain from coming in. Way better than duct tape.
Type A patches are made from a tough, abrasion resistant, matte-finish, clear elastomer that resists puncture and tearing combined with an aggressive adhesive formulated for high bond strength. Tear-Aid stretches, allowing the patch to conform to irregular surfaces. Durable, UV resistant, long-lasting, and hand washable.
We offer a selection of ready-to-use clear square patch combinations and quantities. Small square patches are 0.875 in. (2.2 cm) while medium square patches are 1.375 in. (3.5 cm). Rounded corners prevent the edges from lifting and flexibility keeps the patch from pulling off when stretched. And there’s no gummy mess in high heat. These patches will even hold air and water under pressure.
Tear-Aid Type A patches stick to most technical fabrics but will NOT stick to silnylon, silpoly, or vinyl. Put a couple in your repair kit so you’re prepared for the unexpected.
