  • Dual openings – wide scoop + screw-on cap
  • Easy to fill from a shallow, low-flow stream
  • Sawyer Squeeze, Micro Squeeze, and Mini compatible
  • Simple to clean, quick to dry
  • Tethered cap and slide can’t be lost

Vecto is a collapsible water bladder with a unique dual opening for quick, easy filling. One end has a wide opening with a slider seal, while the other end, a standard 28 mm narrow mouth screw-on cap, like a water/soda bottle. The wide opening makes it easy to scoop water, even from a shallow, low-flow stream. No need for a separate scoop to fill this bladder. The cap and slide are tethered to the bladder so they can’t be lost.

The bladder is made of soft-yet-tough TPU that stands up to 220 lb (100 kg) of force. It’s much easier to squeeze than most standard bladders. TPU is FDA approved and BPA free.

Vecto 28 mm Narrow Mouth is compatible with popular water filters including: Sawyer Squeeze, Micro Squeeze, and Mini, LifeStraw Flex, and HydroBlu Versa Flow. Just scoop water, seal with the slider, screw on the filter, squeeze the bladder, and voila – clean water. Easy. Or set up a gravity filter using two Vectos, one for dirty water and one for clean. Use two different color Vectos to help identify the dirty bladder. Hang from the hole in the slider or tie a cord through the hole for a larger loop.

The wide opening makes Vecto very easy to clean. No special brushes or tablets needed. Get your whole hand in there with a soapy sponge and hot water to thoroughly clean the inside. Standard bladders can take a week to dry. Vecto dries quickly with the large opening.

    Love these bladders

I have a few of these now and really love them. Have tried bladders from Platypus, Evernew, and others and these are by far the best. Large zip open end for filling in a water source. Nozzle fits saywer and similar filters. Plastic is pretty durable and a bit stretchy - great for a gravity filter system.

    Easy fill opening

I've sworn by Evernew bags for a long time. They have a disadvantage as a dirty water bag with their skinny standard soda bottle opening. These Vectos solve that with the slide cinch opening up top and bottle opening to hook right up to my Sawyer. The bag does have a bit of stretch/give where the Evernews do not. I was a bit worried about that at first, but I've beat this thing up, and it's holding up just fine. I'm a fan.

So far so good - nice and big

I got the Sawyer squeeze and had the usual reaction to their squeeze-bottle: "Good grief!" So the CNOC is my upgrade, have used it on one trip and so far it has worked well. I sometimes have some trouble getting my slider on, but always manage it with some wiggling around and maybe I just need to get used to it. It has been WAY easier than the original Sawyer thing, that's for sure and much larger, which makes the whole water filtering process less hassle.

    The best water bag ever!

I love this bag! I have two 3-liter bags - the orange for dirty water and the blue for clean. Makes collecting water a breeze and if you just add a sawyer filter and use the blue adapter ring to attach the clean water bag, it turns it into simple and effective water filtration system at camp. Very well-made and lightweight, yet sturdy, I don't worry about it getting damaged. Just make sure you understand how the top closure works. Some of my friends collected water for their first time using it and could not figure out how to close it very well while full. It's very easy but helps to figure it out in advance. If you close it the wrong way it's difficult to get the slider on and it might leak, but mine didn't when this happened. Also, try not to fill it too full. I leave an inch or so empty to make closing easier. After a few uses it becomes easy. I wouldn't want to backpack without these. All my friends are jealous, sort of, because these bags are used by everyone to provide clean water for the whole camp.
